Bridgework Ops provides automation tools that detect missed calls to a business phone number and trigger automated text message responses based on configured workflows.

The service is designed to assist businesses in responding to missed inbound calls. Bridgework Ops does not guarantee increased revenue, lead conversion, or business performance outcomes.

3. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining access to and control over your business phone system or number
  • Ensuring that all automated communications comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to TCPA and carrier messaging policies
  • Obtaining any required consent from recipients before sending automated messages
  • Providing accurate business and contact information during setup

Bridgework Ops is not responsible for service interruptions caused by telecom carriers, phone providers, internet outages, or third-party platform limitations.

4. Messaging Compliance

Users must ensure that all messages sent through the platform comply with local and federal communication regulations. This includes providing opt-out instructions where required.

Messaging delivery and approval timelines may depend on carrier compliance processes outside the control of Bridgework Ops.

5. Service Availability

While we aim to provide reliable automation services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. System performance may be affected by external providers including telecom networks, SMS gateways, or software integrations.

6. Payments and Fees

Bridgework Ops provides paid automation services. By using the service, you agree to pay all applicable setup or subscription fees associated with your plan.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bridgework Ops shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. This includes, but is not limited to, lost leads, missed jobs, delayed message delivery, or revenue impact.

8. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Where possible, we will provide reasonable notice to active users.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if these Terms are violated or if misuse is detected. Users may also discontinue use at any time.

10. Intellectual Property

All software, automation workflows, and system designs provided by Bridgework Ops remain the intellectual property of the company.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bridgework Ops operates.
